Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers, including a model withdrawal form for future paid services.

As of: June 2026. Only the German-language version is legally authoritative; translations into other languages are provided for convenience only and are non-binding.
Note: These instructions apply to the paid services of TravelSwallow (the Plus and Pro plans, the “+5 plans” add-on and the one-time AI-generation packages). Using the free free tier does not give rise to a right of withdrawal, as there is no paid service.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid contract for digital content or services within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded (for services and digital services) or from receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Address your withdrawal to:

Webagentur Hochmeir e.U.
Jonathan Hochmeir
Moorweg 7, 4845 Rutzenmoos, Österreich
E-Mail: hello@webhoch.com
Tel: +43 680 2208354

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Early commencement & lapse of the right of withdrawal

With paid subscriptions and packages, you will generally want to use the service or the AI generations immediately. If you expressly request that performance of the digital service begin before the withdrawal period expires, we obtain your express consent to this during the ordering process and, at the same time, have you confirm that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. With this consent and confirmation, together with the commencement of performance, your right of withdrawal lapses (waiver pursuant to § 18(1)(11) FAGG).

As long as performance has not yet begun or you have not consented to early performance, your right of withdrawal remains in place. If a service begins at your express request during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw in good time, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal.

Subscription cancellation

The right of withdrawal must be distinguished from the option to end an ongoing subscription: the ordinary cancellation of your subscriptions (plans and add-on) effective at the end of the respective billing period via the customer portal remains unaffected by this withdrawal notice (see T&C).
