Put together days, activities, hotel, flight & PDFs with drag-and-drop.

Days & agenda items

The Builder is organized into days, and each day contains agenda items (stops) with a time, a title and a description. Add days and items via the plus buttons and drag-and-drop them into the right order.

Keyboard: With the keyboard you grab an element with Space, move it with the arrow keys and drop it again with Space — completely mouse-free.

Facts, hotel & flight

Facts: short figures such as weather, currency, emergency number — shown as tiles at the top of the plan.
Hotel: name, address, stars, description and a Maps link.
Flight: flight number, airline, route and departure time. The countdown to departure is not computed from the flight number or airline but from a separate date/time field: “Countdown target (ISO)” (an ISO timestamp like 2026-06-06T20:40:00+02:00). Leave this field empty and no countdown appears.

Attaching PDF tickets

On every agenda item you can upload a PDF (boarding pass, ticket, reservation). It appears as a tappable attachment. Important: attachments inherit the plan’s protection — if the plan is password-protected, the PDF is also only reachable after entering the password (see Publishing & passwords).

Theme & saving

Pick a theme in the top right. With “Save & Share” you publish the plan (account required) and get a link. Later changes update the same link via “Update”.
