Is TravelSwallow really free?

Yes. The software is free and open source. A free account includes one published travel plan. For the AI you use your own AI key (Claude, GPT, Gemini or a custom endpoint), whose usage your provider bills directly to you.

How do I get more than one plan?

Write to us via the upgrade page — we unlock your account manually. No subscription, no credit card.

Do I need an account?

Not to build and try things out. To publish and share you create a free account.

What happens to my data and my key?

By default your API key stays only in the browser and is never logged. Shared plans are reachable only via their link and are not indexed by search engines. More in our security policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In the Dashboard you’ll find “Delete account”. It removes your account and all your travel plans, including attached PDFs, permanently and irreversibly.

Does it work offline?

Yes — published plans are an installable PWA and run offline once they’ve been opened (password-protected content excepted).
